Terms of Service

We believe every customer deserves to understand what they are building — not just pay for it. These terms define our mutual commitment: you bring your goals, we provide the infrastructure and the thinking partnership to help you get there.

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from Best Content Hosting ("BCH"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services

BCH provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services powered by 20i Ltd infrastructure. Services are described on our website and in your order confirmation.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Passwords must be kept confidential. Notify us immediately of any breach.
  • Accounts may not be shared or resold without a reseller agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: spam, malware, illegal content, copyright-infringing material, phishing sites, and cryptocurrency mining scripts.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Invoices are sent by email. Auto-renewal is enabled by default.
  • Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 14 days.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting orders. Domain registrations are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy.

7. Uptime & SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Details are in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

BCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your control panel. BCH may terminate services immediately for AUP violations, fraudulent activity, or non-payment without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

BCH retains all rights to its software, branding, and infrastructure. You retain ownership of content you upload to our servers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance.

3. Konta pienākumi

  • Jums jāsniedz precīza reģistrācijas informācija.
  • Jūs esat atbildīgs par visu darbību savā kontā.
  • Paroles jāglabā konfidenciāli. Par pārkāpumiem nekavējoties paziņojiet mums.
  • Kontus nedrīkst dalīt vai tālākpārdot bez tālākpārdevēja līguma.

4. Pieļaujamā izmantošana

Jūs piekrītat ievērot mūsu Pieļaujamās izmantošanas politiku (AUP). Aizliegts saturs ietver: surogātpastu, ļaunprātīgu programmatūru, nelikumīgu saturu, autortiesību pārkāpumus, pikšķerēšanas vietnes un kriptovalūtu ieguves skriptus.

5. Maksājumi un norēķini

  • Maksas tiek iekasētas avansā mēneša vai gada bāzē.
  • Rēķini tiek sūtīti pa e-pastu. Automātiskā atjaunošana ir iespējota pēc noklusējuma.
  • Kavēti konti var tikt apturēti pēc 7 dienām un dzēsti pēc 14 dienām.
  • Cenas var mainīties ar 30 dienu iepriekšēju paziņojumu.

6. Atmaksas

Mēs piedāvājam 30 dienu naudas atmaksas garantiju jauniem hosting pasūtījumiem. Domēnu reģistrācijas nav atmaksājamas. Skatiet mūsu pilno Atmaksas politiku.

7. Darbības laiks un SLA

Mēs plānojam 99,9% mēneša darbības laiku. Sīkāk skatiet mūsu Pakalpojuma līmeņa vienošanā.

8. Atbildības ierobežojums

BCH neatbild par netiešiem vai izrietošiem zaudējumiem. Mūsu maksimālā atbildība jebkura prasījuma gadījumā ir ierobežota ar pēdējo 3 mēnešu samaksātajām maksām.

9. Izbeigšana

Jūs varat atcelt jebkurā laikā no vadības paneļa. BCH var nekavējoties izbeigt pakalpojumus AUP pārkāpumu, krāpnieciskas darbības vai nemaksāšanas gadījumā.

10. Intelektuālais īpašums

BCH patur visas tiesības uz savu programmatūru, zīmolu un infrastruktūru. Jūs saglabājat īpašumtiesības uz saturu, ko augšupielādējat mūsu serveros.

11. Piemērojamās tiesības

Šie noteikumi tiek regulēti saskaņā ar Anglijas un Velsas tiesību aktiem.

12. Izmaiņas

Mēs varam grozīt šos noteikumus ar 30 dienu paziņojumu. Turpināta pakalpojumu izmantošana nozīmē piekrišanu.
