30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Not satisfied with your hosting? Contact us within 30 days of your first purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
1. Hosting Services
- New orders: Full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- Renewals: Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the 30-day window has passed.
- Upgrades/downgrades: Pro-rata credit is applied to your account, not refunded to payment method.
- Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
2. Domain Names
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable. This is because domain registration fees are immediately paid to the registry and cannot be recovered. Please double-check your domain name spelling before purchasing.
3. SSL Certificates
SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued. Free Let's Encrypt SSL is included on all hosting plans at no cost.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@bestcontenthosting.com with your order number and reason.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.
5. Exceptions
BCH reserves the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refund requests).

1. Hosting pakalpojumi
- Jauni pasūtījumi: Pilna atmaksa 30 dienu laikā no sākotnējā pirkuma datuma.
- Atjaunošana: Atmaksas nav pieejamas pēc 30 dienu loga beigām.
- Jaunināšana/pazemināšana: Pro-rata kredīts tiek pievienots kontam, nevis atgriezts maksājuma metodē.
- Konti, kas izbeigti AUP pārkāpumu dēļ, nav tiesīgi uz atmaksu.
2. Domēna vārdi
Domēnu reģistrācijas, pārnesumi un atjaunošana ir neatmaksājami. Domēnu reģistrācijas maksas tiek nekavējoties samaksātas reģistram un nevar tikt atgūtas. Lūdzu, rūpīgi pārbaudiet domēna vārda pareizrakstību pirms pirkuma.
3. SSL sertifikāti
SSL sertifikāti nav atmaksājami pēc izsniegšanas. Bezmaksas Let's Encrypt SSL ir iekļauts visos hosting plānos bez maksas.
4. Kā pieprasīt atmaksu
- Sūtiet e-pastu uz billing@bestcontenthosting.com ar pasūtījuma numuru un iemeslu.
- Atmaksu apstrādāsim 5 darbadienu laikā.
- Atmaksa tiek veikta uz sākotnējo maksājuma metodi.
- Bankas apstrāde var aizņemt papildu 3–10 darbadienas.
5. Izņēmumi
BCH patur tiesības atteikt atmaksu, ja ir pierādījumi par šīs politikas ļaunprātīgu izmantošanu (piemēram, atkārtota reģistrācija un atmaksas pieprasījumi).
